Community Center reservations are now available for events. Please fill out the reservation application and view the facility rates.

• Cypress residents may reserve the Community Center a maximum of 15 months in advance.
• Non-residents may reserve the Community Center a maximum of 11 months in advance.
• Reservations must be made a minimum of 30 working days in advance of requested date for Ballrooms and 20 working days for smaller rooms.
• Reservations may be done online or in-person. If you submit your reservation application online, a City staff member will contact you within 24 hours of your submission to set up an in-person appointment. Appointments must be attended within 5 business days or the reservation application will be void.

GRAND BALLROOM

The Grand Ballroom, which can be divided into three separate rooms (Ballroom A, Ballroom B, and Garden Room), can be used as an elegant banquet facility for parties, wedding receptions, or company trainings. The room has multiple light settings, audio/visual connections, kitchen access, and glass doors leading to an outdoor patio area.

COMMUNITY AND ARTS AND CRAFTS ROOM

The Community and Arts and Craft rooms are used for smaller parties, bridal showers and company meetings or workshops. The Community room has multiple light settings and kitchen access. Both rooms are equipped with projector screens.
