Mail check only to the Cypress Senior Center, 9031 Grindlay Street, Cypress CA 90630, for $15.00, payable to the City of Cypress.  You may also pay cash at the Reception Desk during business hours, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
