Cypress residents and businesses have a new way of accessing services through the City’s official smart phone app, Cypress Central.  Through the Cypress Central app users will have City resources at their fingertips. With features like issue reporting, service requests, contacts for City Council or City departments, maps, City news, and upcoming events, you will find it easier than ever to stay connected with just a few taps on your mobile device.

One of the exciting new app features will offer a simple way to report issues such as potholes, graffiti, and other maintenance requests.  App users can input descriptions, GPS-specific location, as well as photo or video of the issue.  Once a request is submitted, you can keep track of pending and completed requests through the app.
