Public officials and designated employees must file Statements of Economic Interest. Public officials are specified in Government Code Section 87200 including City Council Members, City Attorneys, City Managers, and persons who manage public investments. These filers are:

City Council Members are elected officers identified in Government Code Section 87200 and file Statements of Economic Interests (Form 700) with the Fair Political Practices Commission. Copies of the Form 700s filed by the City Council may be obtained on the Fair Political Practices Commission website or by contacting the City Clerk's office at cityclerk@cypressca.org or (714) 229-6685.
