Garage Sale Permit - Print form, fill out completely, sign, and mail the form at least seven (7) days prior to the sale to: City of Cypress, Community Development Department, 5275 Orange Avenue, Cypress CA 90630. Our Planning Division is also accepting applications via email at CDD@cypressca.org up to two days before the sale, in person drop-offs are unavailable at this time due to City Hall’s closure during COVID-19. Please note that for all group garage sale events, addresses, phone numbers, and signatures are required by all property owners.
