Council Member Anne Mallari is serving her first term on the Cypress City Council. Her dedication to the community comes from raising her children here for over 25 years. As well as spending the last 15+ years involved as a community leader, a volunteer President of numerous PTA organizations, and Chair of various Boards, she is currently the Boys & Girls Club of Cypress-Anaheim’s President and devoted to helping thousands of families, community members, and businesses. Anne developed partnerships between the schools within the Cypress School District, developed a marketing plan for the Cypress School District that resulted in increasing enrollment, and funded, founded and managed a free drop-in parent education center for underserved parents of children from birth through 5 years.

Council Member Mallari is currently representing the City of Cypress on the following boards and committees:
