AB 987 Disclosure Requirements

In compliance with California State Assembly Bill 987, the City is required to maintain a database of existing, new and substantially rehabilitated affordable housing units developed or otherwise assisted with funds from the former Cypress Redevelopment Agency’s Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund.

Annual Housing Report - SB 341

Pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 34176.1, the Cypress Housing Authority has prepared the FY 2022-23 Housing Successor Annual Report regarding low and moderate income housing.

The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR), and the former redevelopment agency’s pre-dissolution Implementation Plan are also provided pursuant to the requirements of Health and Safety Code Section 34176.1(f).
