PROJECT DESCRIPTION

A request to permit a public charter school and subdivide the property from an existing church for separate ownership. The charter school will operate K-12th grades and use existing school buildings plus  new modular structures. 

REQUESTED ENTITLEMENTS: 

Tentative Parcel Map No. 2023-134, Amendment to Conditional Use Permit No. 86-1 for the existing Church’s site modification, and Conditional Use Permit No. 2024-01 for the new public charter school facility.
