The City of Cypress General Plan was adopted September 10, 2001. The Housing Element was amended in 2021 consistent with the State of California Housing Element update cycle. The 2001 adopted General Plan can be found here:

In 2018 voters approved Measure A which amended certain aspects of the General Plan to create the Cypress Town Center and Commons 2.0 Specific Plan. Those amendments only impact the Land Use and Open Space elements of the General Plan.
