NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council will hold a public hearing to consider Site Plan Review 2024-01, Specific Plan Amendment 2024-01, and certification of the associated Environmental Impact Report for a new 191,394 square foot light industrial/warehouse building located at 5665 Plaza Drive in the PC-3 Planned Community Zone (McDonnell Center Amended Specific Plan area).
