The City of Cypress Community Development Department is seeking qualified consultants to submit proposals to develop a comprehensive Economic Development Action Plan. The Action Plan will provide strategic direction, actionable recommendations, and clearly defined objectives to strengthen and diversify the City’s economy.

Consultants shall submit one electronic copy of a Proposal in Portable Document Format (PDF) no later than 5:00 p.m., on November 15, 2024. Late submissions will not be considered.
